I can’t say enough good things about Chris Thompson! My AC went out unexpectedly, and Chris came through on extremely short notice. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Within no time, he had diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running again. He explained the problem in simple terms and made sure I understood what was needed. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but Chris truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work you won’t be disappointed!
I cannot say enough good things about Chris — this is
someone who is truly operating on another level of skill and
professionalism. I described the issue, having done a number of pre-steps (cleaning fins, testing connections with a multimeter, replacing a capacitor), and yet within a few sentences he had already diagnosed the problem. Spot *bleeping* on.
He not only saved me time and money, but explained everything clearly, without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone this qualified, honest, and efficient. If you're looking for someone who knows air conditioning inside and out this is your guy. Absolute 10/10.
