I got my lashes done at this location and Ari (if that’s how you spell her name) was my stylist. The lashes were pretty, but they started falling out in clumps the very next day after I got them. One week later, they’re almost completely gone. At the appointment I also specifically asked for not a lot of volume. A week after my appointment, they charged me an extra $65, and when I called they told me I was being charged for a volume set I didn’t receive. Apparently Ari insisted that she discussed a $65 fee with me and that I agreed to it and this simply did not happen. And in any case, I don’t know why I would be charged a week after the fact anyway. KP did classic eyelashes for my wedding. She didn't miss a beat! My eyelashes looked GORGEOUS and she was very mild handed. Nice even lashes with a natural look. She listened to what I wanted and executed flawlessly.
