Accent Roofing and Construction was an excellent referral for my new roof and other construction projects. They lived up to my high expectations. The project manager oversaw the entire project to make sure I was completely satisfied. My husband met Lonnie with Accent Roofing & Construction back in 2013. Since then, Accent Roofing & Construction replaced a tile roof on a 20,000 sq.ft. commercial building where I worked, along with removing and rebuilding a large outdoor arbor and deck. They also replaced the roof at my Mother-In-Law’s home, and did soffit and exterior repairs from squirrel damage before repainting the entire home. At every point during all three of these projects, Accent Roofing & Construction did exactly what had been discusssed before they started. On most occasions, they went above and beyond what was originally promised. They also did extra work (not part of their scope, at no charge). They worked with the insurance adjuster to help ensure we received the most money for each line item in the claim. Lonnie was actively involved before, during and after the entire process to make sure we were well taken care of. They were extremely professional every step of the way and he is very pleased with everything they did. We're thoroughly convinced they are one of the best roofing and construction companies out there and look forward to working with them the next time an occasion arises.

Lonnie and his team are amazing! I used to work for a construction company that catered to high net-worth individuals and finding a good residential roofer was difficult. Most roofers are just trying chasing insurance dollars - and that means they are rushing to complete the job to get final payment, often ignoring other issues that pop up when the roof is removed. However, that is NOT how Accent Roofing & Construction operates. When it came time to replace my own roof, I called Accent because I had experienced the careful attention and detailed communication they provide. The minute an unexpected issue arose, we heard from Lonnie, who explained all costs and remedial options available. He also handled all negotiations with our insurance company, including the technical details to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck.
