I've only been going a few weeks and worked with LeighAnn and Lily. I look forward to going each time because they create such a positive environment around working out and I feel like they really care and are invested in helping me meet my fitness goals. I also like that there are no structured class times. I've got a LO and making it anywhere by a specific time while juggling child care is rough.

As a long time member, I was so excited to visit the 9Round club while in Dallas for a quick weekend. Trainer Robert welcomed me in right away and was super friendly and personable! Both the gym and bathroom were so clean! Robert was attentive and encouraging and pushed me during my entire workout! So grateful to be a part of the 9Round family!

As my first time holding a membership at a kickboxing gym, I’m grateful for the decision I’ve made coming here. The HIIT workouts for me, personally speaking is something that works great for me! Especially on unmotivated days, it’s helped me get through it, being that the session is 30 minutes long and it’s truthfully perfect! Get a sweat in and heart pumping, thankful for the trainers as well. I definitely recommend it for being my first time in a kickboxing gym!
