This is an awesome 1031 exchange administrator/facilitator company. They helped us through the process of selling and buying investment properties on a 1031 exchange. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using 1031 exchange for investment properties.

Ms. Warfield kept me up to date all the way through the process. She and the rest of the staff I interacted with explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. This is a very patient and experienced staff. Great to work with!

Scott was instrumental, upfront and very responsive to all of my needs during this first 1031 exchange of mine, leaving ambiguity at the doorstep. Super quick and efficient company that I will use moving forward with future exchanges. This exchange went flawlessly with my Florida investment exchange for a Maui investment exchange.
