Ryan from Viking Electrical installed my whole home portable generator system and put a lock out swith on my electrical panel. The crew did a good job.

About a year passed and i was considering a stand alone Generac, which Ryan came to my house and said he would quote, along with the possibility of adding a 40 foot 50amp cord to my portabbe system.

This is where the problem started. As time passed I did not hear from him on the quotes. I texted him numerour times with no answer. Lately I called the office and asked the rep to have him call me, as I thought my texts were not received by him.

We met Viking when we had a home renovation done. Viking (Ryan) was one of the subs who did all of our electrical. He was one of the subs who we really liked and had him do a few odd jobs on the side. He put in some outdoor home lights up for us as well as a circuit breaker protector on our fuse box. His prices seem pretty fair (not that I'm an expert) and he's able to get out to do the work pretty quickly.
