I scheduled an appointment for Ultimate Drip Therapy and from the moment I entered I was greeted with a warm smile. The customer service is A1. They walked me through the process and ensured that I understood. Let’s not forget the establishment is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment.
I had my IV yesterday and it went pretty well. Staff was very good. The lady who gave me the IV was so poliet and kind i didn’t even feel any pain although am afraid of needles. My experience was amazing. One thing which i like the most is hygiene. They immediately disinfect everything ❤️
Summer was very patience and nice while gathering my information and informing me of the services. Regine was also great. She took her time being patience with my difficult vein and I didn't feel any discomfort. She also gave me some advice on future drips to get that would help my condition and any other obstacles I might face due to it.
