The gentleman who worked there guided me about how the laptop battery was swelling and could explode. I would also likely need to replace curved item that was bent by the swollen battery. That would likely cost more than the laptop was worth. I brought the laptop to be recycled. I was grateful for his honesty. Nice guy.
The service was amazing. They diagnosed the problem; help me file my insurance claim; help me do the iPhone security issue and fixed my screen quickly. This is the kind of service I like using
This was a great experience. I was really nervous to hand over my phone, but Jonathan and his team took care of my cracked screen in what I thought was record timing. It took less than an hour! Well done.
