Phenomenal service and very responsive. My A/C unit went down on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I called Ron at Texas Star first thing Saturday morning, and he had my unit back up and running within two hours of the phone call! Ron is very responsive and gave me a great explanation of the work he was doing while he was doing it. I had to come on here and do a review for this awesome company! My husband had Texas Star come out to our home a couple weeks ago because our AC went out...we just bought this house recently...so it was very upsetting. Ron came out and was HONEST with his findings, he didn't try to take advantage of us or the situation, he simply fixed what needed to be fixed, and saved us from what we thought would need to be a full replacement. We know one day we will be looking at having to replace the entire system, but Ron addressed the areas that were causing the problem, and only charged us for what absolutely needed to be replaced.
