Very professional and office is modern and clean. I went in for cosmetic concerns, a gap in my front teeth. Dr. Liza explained in detail the treatment process for both SMART aligners and Invisalign. Norma provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Smile Artisians!
Great friendly staff. They explained the process thoroughly and it put me at ease. Modern equipment that scans your mouth so no goopy impression material that makes me gag...hurray!
I went in yesterday for a cleaning and to have a few cavities filled. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The staff is personable and treats you like you’ve been a patient for years. The hygienist could see I was nervous about having the cavities filled (needle phobic). She was reassuring and passed along the information to Dr. G. He was extremely understanding and took his time to help put me at ease. Dr. G explained every step he was making and went slowly, barely causing discomfort.
