A few years back, most of my neighborhood was getting a new roof due to big storms. I used a different contractor and my insurance denied the claim and that contractor just said there was nothing else to be done. After recent storms and a tornado, I contacted Skyline Designs based on a neighbors referral and was denied by insurance again based on a third party's inspection. My insurance company doesn't care about the STATE of the FARM apparently. Trevor from Skyline Designs came back out, did a full, detailed report, and resubmitted the claim with insurance. Just had our rood done by Skyline. They did an amazing job. It was a very difficult process working with the insurance company and Patrick and his team fought very hard to our claim approved. Other roofers saw who we were insured with and wouldn't even continue working with us. Patrick and team worked with the insurance company and our claim was approved. They accomplished what others wouldn't even attempt. The roof is amazing and we are very please we picked this team.
Am extremely pleased with the personal and professional treatment I received from Skyline Designs , especially Mr. Ron Tedder. He and staff went above and beyond to find the color of shingles I wanted. the roof looks fabulous.
