We came in today running a few minutes late (extra traffic). I fully expected to need to reschedule because I know how busy they are and it was our fault. Jackie was a rockstar and was able to cut both my boys hair and did an amazing job. They look so handsome every time she cuts their hair. Jackie is awesome!

We took our 8 month old son to get his 1st haircut to Sharkeys. To say we were impressed and grateful is an understatement. Nydia was phenomenal from the start, my son was comfortable from the get go. Our son had really long hair and Nydia cut his hair perfect! My girl had to hold her tears because our son looked so handsome. Everyone at Sharkeys in Cypress by towne lake was extremely nice, generous, and so polite. Made our son's 1st haircut such a wonderful experience. We strongly recommend them!!

Ms. Nydia was a godsend! My son is 2 and has recently become scared of haircuts. No particular reason or bad experience but man, she was great! She was so good at helping us with distracting him and pulled toys out of thin air to keep him focused. I was terrified we’d be turned away but I’m so grateful for her. She was calm, cool, collected and so sweet with him! Such an amazing experience.
