Please be very careful when making a decision to go to this dental office, the staff is very unprofessional one of the staff talks to the patients in a bully type of way as if she's talking to her kids the waiting area is dirty with stained chairs. The actual patient care area isn't any better once I got to my appointment I ask the assistant again if the dentist pull back teeth she told me he only pull certain teeth I explained when I made the appointment I ask the same question and was told yes he extracts any teeth so I made the appointment but was a different story once your there at the office. I was nervous after seeing all the dirt and dust on the lights above my head, while the dentist was working on what he chose to do not what my complaints were something fell on my forehead from above my reflexes was to instantly knock it off thinking it was some type of insect the dentist screamed at me so loudly that I was ready to get up and walk out he's not friendly has some type of coldness to him. I didn't like the unsafe handling of the dental equipment and the community eyewear they ask you to wear so on my other visits that I had to complete I wore my own and vowed to never return there again and wouldn't recommend this office at all. Staff needs to be trained professionally and the dentist more caring and understanding Dr. Nguyen

I have been a Patient for 5 years and today I was treated like garbage for expressing my disappointment with visit and quality of care received. I am a cancer survivor and take my health seriously especially when I'm told I have a serious condition over the phone by medical assistant but then dismissed by nurses practitioner as not serious and denied completion of my service for visits which included labs and medication prescriptions I really need. They still have same outdated equipment from old location but are solely money driven especially for patients who look like me. I was poorly informed of possible medical condition and brushed off like a quarter % of a human. My life matters! I was told they couldn't discuss lab results during sick visit but have been sick since before labs where done last month. Wanted me to follow up next week on lab results from a month ago which is most likely related to current illness and labs determined I may have an even more serious condition, why wouldn't you be able to discuss this all in one visit? This was not a annual check up appointment. They only care about money and could really care less about the health of patients like me. I was embarrassed and denied service today. Im hurt, sick and disgusted with nurse practitioner Brianne and Dr.Nyguen for coming out and going back in office not even acknowledging me, the patient and customer. Do you really care about your brand and the lives of patients? I'm a father, husband, and son and so much to many but to this office my life is about how they can stretch out appointments to maximize profits! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by medical professionals and staff! They treated me like a criminal and threatened to call law enforcement on me! Do not recommend this clinic at all! I hardly complain and I'm a emphatic person who looks for the best in people, not today! I am disgusted with the service I received the day after MLK Holiday 2023.

My favorite dentist. Ive been going here for a little over a year & they're the best. I recently had my sons appointment (hes 1) and he was getting impatient while waiting for the doctor & one of the assistance was helping me keep him calm & was playing with him. This place is a little far from me but distance doesn't matter when you get amazing service. Love this place the whole staff is amazing & super friendly!
