William was very helpful & communicative during the design process, he offered his professional opinion & made some great suggestions. He was laidback, easy to chat w/ during my session & prioritized my comfort as a client. I am beyond pleased w/ his work, can’t wait to visit the shop for add-ons in the near future.

She was not only able to help me with that but more importantly, she helped me honor the memory of my son who passed in 2010. I now have a beautiful swallowtail butterfly that looks like it just landed on my arm! I am so grateful for the experience and opportunity to work with her developing the final piece and then sitting down for a great talk that felt like catching up with an old friend.
