Josh and Raul and their crews are 10/10. This is the second project we’ve used them for. Josh helped me design a patio concept that would make us actually want to send time in our backyard during the Houston summer. He worked within our budget to come up with some ideas, and Raul and team brought everything to life. They were responsive, finished the job in the time they quoted, and I always felt like they were doing the right thing for us as their client. Pictures of before and after. They completed a patio extension, and did a covering with a beautiful gable, recessed lighting with fans. Installed additional electrical as well. Thanks, Josh and team!

Modern Home Improvement & Remodeling did an excellent job on our master bathroom renovation. After the demo of our outdated master bath, they installed new flooring, created detailed tile work in our new, larger shower, added a beautiful vanity, and even replaced our old window with an updated one. Their team also handled the framing of a pony wall, plumbing and electrical work with skill and care. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept everything clean throughout the project. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend them.
