This was our second experience with doing updates to this home and at this point we think it's probably normal to expect that the job will take longer than they said it would (in this case significantly longer) and there's the potential for them to book jobs too closely together (I.e. during the first two weeks the main guy working did half days or wasn't here a couple times because of wrapping up another project). Smitty and his team at Modern Home Improvement & Remodeling are a force to be reckoned with in the Houston Area.I searched far and wide for a company that could do what we requested. Not only did they do what we asked for, they went above and beyond.
