I hired Josh and team to install a new back door on my house. When the house was built the builders didn't do it correctly which caused issues and ended up ruining part of the floor as well. The new door and floor was installed in less than a week, and they made sure everything was up to our standards. I highly recommend hiring them for your next project.

We recently hired Modern Home to renovate our fireplace mantle, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Josh was incredibly friendly, clearly explained the entire process, and was a pleasure to work with. He checked in with us daily and frequently stopped by in person to ensure everything was on track. Josh and his team at Modern Home Improvement did a wonderful job with our home repair after we sustained water damage from a tub overflow. The team was very accommodating in working with our schedules to get the repairs done in an efficient and thorough manner.
