I usually go to the Tomball location, but my schedule conflicted.

Jose was not good! I went in thinking it would be good to have a male, with firm pressure. But it was the worst one yet!! I got the impression that he didn't want to be there, I was his first appt of the day. I'm not sure if he was falling asleep, but he was rubbing in one spot the entire time. I'm in so much pain today from that!! I started on my stomach and that was nothing special, he was just rubbing to justify it as a massage though it was the bare minimum of that. My son who is 12 does a much better job than a trained professional did.

I hope he's not like this all the time. Please don't allow him to give massages, he needs to be evaluated!!

I have a lot of knots in my back from having a desk job all my life and today I feel like I'm in worse shape than when I went in. I will never be back to the Cypress location ever again, I'll drive the extra miles to Tomball where I know I'll be treated well and get my hard-earned money's worth!! I didn't get it this time! It was such a waste!! I should have canceled!!“
