There is no better gym than Life Time at Cypress! The gym itself has everything you need and it's CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The minute you walk in, it smells more like a spa than a gym! The classes are fantastic but better yet, the coaches are INCREDIBLE! Don't be afraid to try a new class, the trainers are welcoming, inviting, encouraging and supportive. Shout out to: Adrian, Molly, Skye, Yolanda, Jen L., Dawnelle and DeeDee for their positivity, enthusiasm (especially Adrian at 5am on Mondays), kindness and friendliness. My favorite thing to do in the evening is get in a great workout. I took a reformer Pilates class today. My instructor Deborah is so patient and very knowledgeable. She always ensures the class is using the right form and also keeps the class energized. She is a motivator and perfect for the job. Aside from this, I absolutely love coming to this gym. The energy is off the chain and it is well worth the money we pay each month to be a member. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but when is it easy?

Tai is my hairstylist at LifeSpa and I’ve been seeing her for a few years now. She takes such good care of my natural hair and it’s because of her my natural hair has been flourishing. She’s literally a bubble of light and I am super thankful that I met her. Book with Tai, you won’t regret it!!!
