I came into conflict with Dr. B Hyde’s professionalism while dealing with billing. I am still waiting for a response after 2 months of countless opportunities to meet in person. There have been two occasions where she has walked past me and has avoided updating me on my current situation. I came in believing this person cared for me as a patient. Unfortunately, the lack of action Dr. Hyde has taken and the brush off in communication, has shown me the type of care she provides at Lifetime clinic.
