We had an incredible & outstanding experience with Keystone Carpets! We searched for a long time to find some choices that would have higher quality, better wear, and patterned choices instead of typical carpet. We visited several carpet stores in our area, and were frustrated with various issues including service, excessive and redundant fees, lack of carpet selections, knowledge and suggestions. Fortunately, we found Anthony from Keystone carpets! He was very responsive when we walked into the show room and replied quickly to emails, texts and calls. He was always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to get samples of carpets and specialty pads for us to see and feel; types that are not typically advertised. We found Keystone had best prices and quotes that didn’t come with strange extra costs that we saw from other companies. The installer was also fabulous and attentive to detail. We had picked a carpet that had a pattern on it and it was important to us to have the carpet pattern flow on our curved stairs. He spent extensive time and extraordinary care to make our stairs look perfect. We are incredibly happy with how our stairs came out, and with the process along the way. Our home experienced water damage from defected hot water tank. We were referred to Keystone by the Restoration contractor. I worked with Charmaine to select the products for restoring bathrooms, floors and fireplace. She was very patient and accommodating and provided design expertise. The entire crew who were responsible for installing wood flooring, tiling bathrooms and fireplace did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Keystone was one of the vendors to help rebuild a big part of my house from demolition that was done after a water damage. We required carpet and vinyl installation as the final process. I got to meet the founder and my coordinator, Paige, in person; Paige was consistent in her updates to shipment as much as delivery, and installation Greg, Jaime, Miguel, and Martin & Martin duo all had extensive level of understanding in their field. They were professional, completed each job on-time, and in-sync across the board. Watching the gentlemen work was like art, they wouldn't skip a step.
