I do not recommend this Dental facility! Very unprofessional. We are new to the areas and looking for a new dentist. I made two new client appointments back to back for my child and myself to see the dentist. I spoke with the office staff twice on the week of the appointment to confirm and give my insurance information etc. I was told that the appointments were confirmed. However, upon arrival on the day of our appointments we sat for 25 mins before we were told that our appointments were bumped because I didn't speak to someone the day prior. Not once was this mentioned during my conversations with the office staff two days prior to the appointment. If this is how they treat potential clients, we will find a different dental facility.

I don't even know where to begin with this company 1. Don't even work here they will nag at you none stop to get braces and will tell you to try it and if you decide you don't want it they will cancel contract and take off braces well let me tell you that's a lie I got my braces I knew I couldn't handle it and they still forced me and nagged at me to put them on and I cried for days trying to get them off due to having severe anxiety! My contract is still active to this day and I've been emailing them and calling them since November and have not heard nothing! So I have proof of anything to take them to court for negligence 2. The office is never clean they just go about their day and leave always eating in the front while on the clock. 3. This is the worst company to work at and even be a patient at so good luck to those who go there I pray for your wasted time and negligence! All those reviews they have on their page is themselves

Came with my 3 year old son. They treated us very poorly, they had us waiting for an hour just to tell me I gotta pay for full coverage. They immediately try to run credit and harras me while my 3 year old son was there. Will never be coming back here again and I hope management reads this because you guys need better receptionist.
