Since I started more than a month ago I have felt the changes in me, I have reconnected more deeply with my body, I feel more peace and I sleep better, the teachers and all the people are very kind, there are different styles of yoga and each teacher It has its own style and unique energy that connects me, and the place transmits peace and harmony. Thank you, I am very grateful.
As I turned 70 this year, put some thought into how I wanted to allocate my time going forward and decided to trade my tennis racquet for a yoga mat. Finding this ashram and the wonderful teachers here has been an amazing 70th birthday gift. I love the ambiance and energy of the facility as well. I’ve been given a warm welcome and a gentle, caring introduction to the practice of yoga. It is not a new form of exercise…it is a new way of learning, healing and being. So very grateful.
