Had a great experience at this location. Very knowledgeable stylist, EXCELLENT shampoo and a good cut! Such a relief since I've been trying different stylists at different Great clips and locations since November of 2022 with terrible results. (My old stylist was no longer at my location and I don't know where she went )

Been going here for years. People are great but owner keep jacking up prices and no offers for veterans. There are others a few miles away that offer 8.99 coupons and worth it. Specially for us vets that get a hair cut every 2 weeks.

Rock Creek was great. The online check-in at your Louetta Grant location is broken. My starting wait time was 24 minutes when I booked online. I left my house with 14 minutes left, 5 minutes later I'm in the shop and my wait time had increased to 25 minutes. Then a man comes in with his son who wasn't in the cue and it pushed me to 35 minutes. My original 24 minute wait time ended up being over 50 minutes from the time I originally scheduled....... read full review
