Only 4 stars because of the mistakes that took place delayed the end date. Mazin did good, he was patient and understanding. He made sure everything got fixed and was how we envisioned.i respected and appreciated his honest opinions if something did not look right.- updated a few weeks past completion and I’ve had to have them come back 3 times for mistakes I caught after I’ve started using the bathroom. From the caulking around the Edge of the tile they places with the WORDS showing (tile has identifying letter on an edge- yea they places that edge out in separate areas), to a hole they did not cover up under my shower head pipe that goes through the wall, and now...read full review

EZ Floors' staff (West Rd. location) were a pure joy to work with. Matt, our salesman, was incredibly helpful, friendly & patient in helping us choose flooring, as well as a new face for the fireplace. The installation crew was professional, courteous, expedient & their work was top notch. We will definitely use them for a future kitchen project. Thank you Matt, Rambo, Alex & Marco for a job very well done!

MJ was our sales person and he was fantastic! In 1 day, he was able to show us carpet options, come over to our home to measure out the rooms, and give us an awesome quote. He also recommended a carpet color which turned out so beautiful. We are so glad we took his advice. Our home looks incredible with the new carpet. Installation was the following week, with work that finished in 1 day!Overall, Mj and the team did an amazing job. We highly recommend MJ and EZ Floors!
