I was recommended Direct Eyecare after multiple family members came here and had great service. At my appointment, Dr Nguyen took her time with me and was very thorough in the exam, explaining my options, and answering questions. The front desk assistant, Kristen, was very helpful in finding glasses that would look good on me and processing my insurance claim. I highly recommend Direct Eyecare, and I’ve recommended it to others.

I recently brought my 91 year old mother to Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam. She was very thorough and answered all my mother's questions. She also treated my mother for dry eye and gave her suggestions on how to care for this condition. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen to family and friends.

It was easy to book appointment when I called. I never had eye health coverage before so they helped explain the vision insurance I had from work and it was very helpful. Staff was friendly theybhad nice selection of glasses to chose from and I actually thought they offered friendlier one on one service I was given time to explain my eye issues in past and ask questions and was rushed through. I would definitely recommend their service and will come back next time I'm due for eye exam.
