Cypress Flowers has some of the best costumer service I have ever experienced. They were willing to change the drop off date for their product not once but twice. Prices might be a little high and out of budget for some. However, I assure you that the quality of their bouquet’s are some of the best!
Overall, I highly recommend supporting this small business as they go above and beyond with their quality and customer service. You can expect the best!

Exceptional service. I walked in on Friday at 2pm and explained what I was looking for and if it was at all possible to have the flowers and teddy bear delivered that day. He said all of his drivers were out on delivery, but he'd have it delivered after 5pm by his wife. I couldn't of asked for any better service. I stopped by the next day to say thank you and he said he had it completed and delivered in an hour. My fo to place from now on!

Great customer service! I called when I was 20 mins away and it was ready when I arrived. She let me know over the phone it wouldn't be "exactly like the picture but it will be very close" which I understood. I appreciated her flexibility with having an arrangement ready so quick. I did only rate 4/5 stars as I would have liked it to be a little more accurate to the picture on the website. For example, it seems like the vase is different. There are some light pink and white/pale yellow flowers in the online picture but not in the arrangement I received.
