David helped me spec out and install a Trane system in 2017, and everything worked great. Unfortunately my compressor failed in 2024. Although Cy-Fair Mechanical no longer works with Trane systems, David stood by his installation and helped me navigate the warranty policy and fix an error on Trane's end which ultimately saved me a fortune in repairs through a competitor (that still specializes in Trane systems). I can't recommend his company enough.

I was having an issue with my unit and called for service, the man that answered the phone told me to check the fuse on the panel inside the unit and that was all that was wrong. Saved me money and was able to get my ac back on quickly! Will be using them for all HVAC needs going forward.Service: A/C system maintenance

My A/C unit stopped cooling and I scheduled a service call on-line. I promptly received a response indicating a service tech would be here the same morning. He arrived at the specified time, promptly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Tommy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He had my A/C unit cooling in short order. I have used Cy-Fair Mechanical on previous occasions with always the same result; total satisfaction.
