“Would rate between 4.25 to 4.5 stars, but don't want a 4 too heavily affecting their aggregate review so rounding up. First let me say we're REALLY happy with the final product. This was our second experience with doing updates to this home and at this point we think it's probably normal to expect that the job will take longer than they said it would (in this case significantly longer) and there's the potential for them to book jobs too closely together (I.e. during the first two weeks the main guy working did half days or wasn't here a couple times because of wrapping up another project). Foreman also wasn't here as frequently as we would have liked and that may have kept our project more in line with the projected timeline. With that being said like I mentioned previously we're VERY happy with the final product and they worked with us to address any concerns we had with certain things and Nathan (foreman) went above and beyond when it came to addressing anything we found with the "blue tape walkthrough". Carlos, the tile guy, does great work.“
