Absolutely love this salon! Don’t get discouraged by the 1 star reviews. I’ve been going here since January and love it. My lashes look great, I get tons of compliments on them. They last me about 3 weeks, and the staff is very good about explaining how to properly care for the lashes. They have products you can also ask about that help with preserving your lashes. I would think if you’re paying for this service you would ask all the questions possible to care for the lashes. Maybe that’s just me ??♀️. The girls up front are always courteous and professional. I went there as a model and I received exceptional service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Crystal was my technician and she was sweet and patient. I don't live close by and I was a bit worried for my first time, but everything came out great! Thank you girls!! Thank you Crystal!! ??My friends even noticed!?????
So I came in for the first time as a model for who I would assume to be a new stylist, Natalie. I was very confused by the whole process but was patient with her. The appointment took a bit longer than expected but it came out not bad. I didn't realized that if I wanted a fuller look I would need volume so I said I would do it next time. The staff in the front was amazing in explaining to me that it depends on your natural lashes and that I couldn't get a look like the front desk girl Caitlin because she has a LOT of lashes ? so I'm told.
