Raj did the excellent great job. I really appreciate the work. He fixed my air conditioner, fan and he did a great job that there is cool and really well in the house and I really appreciate it, he’s very friendly.

I called Raj out because my existing HVAC contractor had been throwing me a lot of "fear uncertainty and doubt" (FUD) about the state and longevity of my systems, and about mold. I was concerned I was being set up by them to drop a lot of money on a new system. Raj was my second opinion. He discovered that the AC water drain was done all wrong, that there was a tear in the mastic tape, and also the attic unit was not properly leveled. But he did conclude that the system is cooling fine, and does not need replacement, though he verified the presence of mold.
