Air Innovations is very easy to work with. Their technician Chris showed up on time and was thorough in his inspection and very courteous. I also appreciated that he wore “booties” over his shoes to protect my floors!

From customer service to purchasing and installation, Air Innovations is TOP NOTCH!! They are very professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end and always responded when a message was left. The installers even laid blankets down on my floors to protect them from anything that may dirty them during installation. Our family is now relaxing in a nice, cool home! The initial contact via customer service could be better, I had to call 4 times to get someone with sense of urgency. They fixed the problem and but it took 2 days to get the part and return. Kris, the technician, was nice and polite.
