I have used the services of Air Depot since their inception. They always provide quality work and can usually provide me same day service. Their employees are all professional and many of them have been with the company for years which means I always recognize their face which makes me feel safe as well as assured that the work will be done right the first time.

Called on 6Aug2024 to discuss upstairs AC system. Rep was at my house 4pm same day. We reviewed options, selected the preferred system, made appointment to install for 8:30 the next day. The technicians (Francisco and Alejandro) were right on time, were professional and efficient - old system removed and new system installed and done by 2:30 pm I have been using Air Depot for about 5 years and they have always done a great job.

Air Depot's install crew was on time, very organized and very professional. The crew was very protective of the interior of my home. The crew leader was able to answer all of our questions. The Honeywell programmable thermostat is smarter than I am, but I will get some training on that thing. One final note, the office staff and the service techs are all very professional/knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
