Eleven years ago Dr. Mack did a partial knee replacement and after all this time it is still completely functional and painless. Old age brought me back for the other knee. He and his staff were so nice and helpful. Dr Mack chose a different strategy and injected my knee. It wasn't hurting by the time I drove home. These guys are like family.
There was a mix up with my appointment. Their system didn’t show me as having an appointment today. The receptionist got right on it and managed to squeeze me in. Rather than rescheduling me. She was so professional and very sweet about the situation. I was pleased.
As always the entire staff from the receptionist, Xray technologist, physicians assistant, last but not least the most important person is the physician. She was very caring. Explained everything to me and my husband. So helpful to us. We appreciate this entire group.
