today is 3/14/24. i'm still waiting for a show up!!! i talked to him over a week ago!!!!! not a phone call to cancel his appointment with me!!! (my advice find another plumber.)

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Have called twice to have work done at my personal residence in Yorktown, but both times have been told it would be a very long time ie I'd be #40 on the list and/or it would be over a month before they could get to me. I asked to be placed on the list and contacted anyway. I was never contacted. Have tried again, and told similar story. Seems that they aren't interested in doing work for anyone they don't know or maybe they don't want to come to Yorktown or ???? Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend even calling them for work. I can't actually comment on their work since they are always unavailable to do any for me.
