This is a 5 star review about the technicians NOT THE AC. A little over a week ago our 5 year old AC stopped working, AGAIN! A part had to be ordered and it was probably going to be 2 weeks before it came in. Well the part arrived last night (8 days later) and we were notified that Nathan would be by between 8 and 12 the next morning. He was there right at 8 and got to work promptly. He had it all installed and fixed within an hour. I am very happy with the technicians. They do a good job. However I am not happy with the AC that was installed 5 years ago as this is the third time in the last 2 years and 2 months we’ve had to have someone out to fix it. If it wasn’t... read full review
Jose Garcia did an amazing job on getting our ac system going again!! He was very courteous and explained everything in detail on what was the problem. Would definitely recommend GVEC Air Conditioning & Heating to everyone!
