We have used Servpro at the nursing home I work at, they have been responsive, professional and treated our residents with respect. Christy our representative is amazing. She has taken the time to get to know us and our potential needs.
Recently we had a class 3 water overflow in our house. That means it was sewer water. Our guest bath and all three bedrooms were effected in some way. Flooring, sheetrock and framing. Servpro was recommended. They understood the urgency and knew how to treat it. First impression - Called ahead of time, were on time and had everything they needed when they arrived. Jordan, Robbie, and Tony were professional, personable, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease answering all my questions. The team was here 3 days. Thank you for treating your employees like they are human. It's rare to hear about a company being accommodating to someone who was injured outside of work, so that they can continue to do something to earn a paycheck. I respect that.
