“Unfortunately this salon is unprofessional when it comes to setting an appointment. This isn’t the first or last time that they do this. But it’s happened to me twice already, the first time I was understanding and was aware that things happen. But for me to call to confirm a time and go out of my way to come back twice, to be told that I have to wait or come another day after the fact that I had an appointment confirmation is very much unprofessional. I have liked the work they have provided in the past being why I came back but their customer service is horrible.“

“The actual color is much prettier in the sun. I added the gears at home. Tony was very gentle and took his time. They do accept walk-ins but I suggest making an appointment as they can get really busy. My daughter also got rather long nails purple ombré which turned out beautiful. The pricing was fair and reasonable, just be sure to pay cash or Zelle if you want to save on a card terminal fee. The place is simple as far as aesthetically, but it met my needs.“
