My daughter (9 years old) wanted a manicure using her own money, so we chose the salon. We came on a Wednesday morning when it was not very busy. We walked in and were given a basket of nail polish selections. About 5 minutes later, Jenny came over to see what my daughter wanted done to her nails. She tried to convince us to do gel polish instead of a regular polish manicure. My daughter stuck to her decision and chose a regular nail polish manicure. I also wanted a manicure, so I chose my polish while daughter received her service. Third time at this facility. I never came late in the day, and from the experience I had i will never do it again. I was barely greeted when I walked in, there was only 1 other customer (getting a pedi) and the rest of the workers were lounging in the empty chairs.. no one asked me if I wanted anything to drink, minutes into service I asked for wine and never received it. But kept leaving to grab needed tools and polish… still no drink I can tell that they did not want to give me service because it was rushed.
