“Previous owner had 3 piers installed 02/2007 as part of purchase agreement. That work has been rock solid ever since. We needed substantial work done after that, so in 2021 we had Rusty come out. We had ponied up for a PE eval prior to this. Two other companies had quotes that differed significantly from the PE's findings. Rusty's quote was identical except for omitting 1 pier. We went with Accurate. It was a little noisy (and a lot expensive tbh*) but Jeremy the foreman and his crew were professional, courteous and tidy. *They did a ton of work and def earned every penny; we are still pleased with the results. They did not over nor under sell.

We had the same PE come out in April 2024. He was impressed with the 2021 work. Jeremy came out in June, and his plan was IDENTICAL to the PE's recommendation. These guys know their stuff! I highly recommend AFR.“
