The atmosphere is friendly and proffessional. I usually work with Kendra. She is kind, helpful, and very encouraging. It's not easy going through trials and ailments, so when your PTs are encouraging, it makes a big difference! I am thankful that many of my friends recommended Velocity in Crossroads, TX to me. “To be honest, even though my wife and several of our kids have benefited from chiropractic care, I have always been skeptical. But two months ago I somehow injured my lower back, having never had any back issues before. I was in such severe pain for three days that I could barely move. On a Monday morning I told my wife I needed a doctor. She pointed out, rightly, that if I went to a regular doctor, they would likely give me some medication and tell me to take it easy. I knew she was right, so I called Regenesys. I was in the office two hours later, and after x-rays and an in-person meeting with Dr. McClellan, I was on the table getting cold laser, electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, and of course chiro adjustments from Dr. M. Within that first week I felt tremendous improvement. Now I am nearing the end of my intense treatment, and I'm pain-free. “August 8th I went out for a fun night with the folks in my office and ended up having a little too much fun and tearing my ACL and quite a bit more knee damage. I have had 22 visits to Little Elm Physical Rehab. These two guys have spent the last 20 weeks taking care of me pre and post surgery. I have laughed, cried, and had a ton of fun with them and my time with them will be missed. They are much more like good friends now instead of medical professionals. They took care of me like I was one of their family members. They are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and totally amazing. I would recommend everyone to this amazing clinic. “Great place for Physical Therapy! I have been struggling with a bulging disk in my back for more than a decade. I’ve been though PT, injections and medication. Before I made the difficult decision to have surgery, I decided to give PT a chance again. From the first appointment with my PT Shravani, I have been impressed with my progress. Since I began, I have strengthened my back and drastically improved my flexibility. My pain level is very low now and I believe I’ve avoided the knife. “I have search for a year for a chiropractor to help my injury of my arm, neck and numb right fingers. The pain stayed for months last year and I found myself taking a lot of Advil just to be able to get up and about most days. I saw a post about Dr. Cohoon and decided to investigate. I am not ready for a facility that only uses decompression to "heal" my pain. It was scary to me. So, I visited Dr. Cohoon and had an x-ray. I thought it was all from my back and arm, but, I found out it was my neck. I now have less pain and my fingers are returning to normal without numbness. “After total knee replacement surgery I wasn't feeling great but knew I had to do Physical Therapy for at least a few months to avoid ending up with a frozen knee and bad scar tissue. On recommendation of friends went to Baylor Scott White, Little Elm near Eldorado Pkwy on 423. Was assigned Kelsey Thompson, what a win for me. Kelsey was so so so knowledgeable, patient, flexible with my daily twinges and aches, adapted my PT according to my needs, after 3 months I felt terrific, scar tissue was minor, my balance improved and started to walk confidently without cane. Location is fantastic, on ground level and can park right out front. Never kept waiting, always on time. Great equipment. Compared to hearing friends say they were just put on a bike, my experience was so sophisticated and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.“

“I left with more than I expected, and I expected a lot.To be honest I was a little wary when I saw I had to pay prior to the appointment because I didn’t know Kim. But once you meet her, all concerns will be dispelled - she’s a warm, giving person who just wants to love on people through her craft. Her knowledge is immediately apparent and she’s eager to share it in any way that will help you.Regarding her work, she knows what she’s doing. As you’ll quickly see, she’s knowledgeable without the arrogance and can help you without causing more pain.I went to her because my hands were going numb due to bad postures taken when holding my infant and from delivery. She found trigger points all over my body that I didn’t even realize were so tender. The numbness isn’t gone but it’s leaps better than before my session (I plan to return). She also helped other areas I was unaware of - my hips were more mobile as well as my back and my neck less tense. After my session, and for the first time after delivery, I felt energized and relaxed - I came home and took a deep nap and woke up with a desire to move and stretch. I stretched for an hour that evening because it felt wonderful to be able and have the desire to move.TLDR - Go to Kim, she can help you (in more ways than you realize). She’s truly knowledgeable and gifted; she’s worth it.“
