Dr. Cortez is amazing. She is such a great advocate for women's health. She listens and empathizes with you so you don't feel like you're going crazy. Menopause is no joke and a huge puzzle for each woman to figure out. To have Dr. Cortez as a resource is a huge blessing.
Really love this clinic very personable. They spend a good amount of time with you. They will do a full blood panel on you and work with you to get you on the correct path. Very happy that I found the clinic that would work with men also.
Great staff. No long wait. Only complaint I have is that even after being a patient for several years they still call me by my legal first name, and not the name I use daily. Sometimes they have to call me two or three times because I never respond to my legal name. Nicknames are great, but they do confuse some folks. Lol
