Heidi's the best!! I visited many salons, and none could get my color right. One had me looking like Lucille Ball. I made an appointment to come in and speak with Heidi. When minutes, she went through a magazine and pulled out a picture. It was exactly what I had been wanting. That was nearly 15 years ago.

The owner, Heidi is an amazing hairdresser and kind individual. She is an expert in color and hair styling. I've never been disappointed with results and have a standing 6-week appointment.

I lived in Crosby before moving to Pasadena then Washington State. Before moving Heidi always did my hair. When we moved back to Texas and decided to move back to Crosby one of the first things I did was make a hair appointment with Heidi. One of the main reasons is because it has been YEARS since I've had a good consistent cut and color. I knew that I'd get that with Heidi. I called her up and as usual she was booked solid. Note to self: Call far enough in advance because they are usually pretty booked up. After taking with the person that answered the phone, and me only needing a trim and a single color, we agreed on a time not TOO far out. Sjear Sjolander is located in one of the older houses in Crosby on 1st street. It is very clean and you can tell that they've put a lot of work into making it feel very comfortable, so that you can totally relax while getting your hair did. LOL Heidi did a wonderful job on my hair and was great company while my color was processing. In the past I have gotten updo's done by Heidi and NO ONE has ever done my hair as well as Heidi has. She is a true professional and runs her salon like a well-oiled machine. I would 100% recommend Sjear Sjolande. I know they do a great job and you won't walk away disappointed. This is also a feel good place because if you get your hair cut there you can leave knowing that you have supported a local business.
