Bella Rue Salon is a very pleasant surprise! Located in the small town of Crosby, but delivering big town professional service. Very happy to have found this hidden gem of a full service salon practically in my own back yard! I had full highlights and a cut done! Very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of Liz!
