Our Company Manages multiple properties in the Houston area. I was in need of a quick turnaround for extermination service on one of our properties. I looked up exterminators in Crosby and Baywood was one of them. I thought I would be making a lot of phone calls trying to get service. Baywood picked up the phone on the second ring with an ACTUAL HUMAN. The woman I spoke to was super nice and even though it was 10 minutes before they closed she booked an appointment for the following morning at 9AM at a very reasonable price. I was shocked. I called Baywood after reading positive reviews from people in the neighborhood. The termite swarms had started and there was a spot in my house that had me concerned. I called to schedule a termite inspection. They had me on their schedule in a couple of days. Lucky for me, Carmen was the person who came out to see us. Unfortunately for me, she found termites. I walked with her during her inspection. She is very knowledgeable about these little evil critters. She explained how the treatment works and how she would do it. We went ahead with treatment.
