They bailed us out after another company tried to screw us over and a couple months of trouble and stress ensued before New History saved the day.We got an estimate from New History, and another company, and to our great regret, chose the other guys because they gave a lower price- even though New History seemed more professional and classy. Well, by the skin of our teeth we were able to get our materials from the bad company 2 months after we paid for it, and got New History to put it in. They were prompt, efficient , and professional- everything you could ask for in a flooring company. Our floors are installed flawlessly and look amazing.... read full review

Super service. Outstanding installation! Amazing installers named Willie and Craig went way over what was expected. Did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and put things back for us! I highly recommend both the products and the service at Cox carpet!
