They were the responding tow service for AAA roadside repair. while changing the flat the driver placed the Jack in the wrong area creasing the lower portion of my vehicle. it's not bad but very noticeabl. driver saw it. I called them and they sent the same driver back out to take photographs of the damage. He said sorry and stated that they will take care of it. WELL, guess what!! They haven't. I called numerous times to check on it and all I get is a lady telling me, "Oh the owner will call you back, he's very busy". 2-3-4 months later never a call back in response to my multiple calls and my car is still damaged.. Now what.. So sick of half ass work half ass people and half ass businesses and all of our expense.. They keep getting paid, still a AAA service and no consequence. meanwhile my vehicle is still obviously damaged.. Bunch of crooks. Hey if you guys even care enough to look at reviews you should call me. shit, just bend it back out yourselves (do more half ass work) just do something..

would not hire these people to do anything. we bought what we thought was a brand new battery that they brought out through AAA in March with a three year warranty. They came out several times to jump start telling us at first they were training someone to do batteries and lastly here last week they don't sell batteries. we took the battery to be tested at OReillys and Interstate Battery and both told us it was a bad battery. We today took it to Napa Auto Repair and was told that the battery was not new, no date on the battery and all the logos were ripped. we were unfairly taken advantage of as seniors and as my husband is in a wheelchair and home bound.

Collateral towing had me waiting for 4 hours I called through my AAA which they didn't seem to be very much help but collateral towing had me waiting for hours I would not recommend this company at all.
