I made an appointment to have my AC serviced. It took the tech about 20 minutes. The tech then went to his van and it took 20 minutes for him to do the invoice. I was charged 1.5 hours for labor. When I called to question it they reduced it to 1 hour for the labor. While speaking with Maria in billing, I stated that I assume that this was not standard practice with this company. She got defensive when I said that maybe that they should have a conversation with this tech. Will never use them again.Service: HVAC system maintenance

We have used this company for many years with good results. Not sure what has happened to them but be warned! Had service call to detect leak in unit. He put dye in unit to find leak at a later date. Was told in a few weeks he would return to find the leak. Time passed without any call. When we called we were given the run around. We paid the huge bill from the visit promptly while waiting for the return visit. Confusing that they didn't want to come back to make more money! We have had it taken care of by another company who was very professional. I would advise others to call another company for their needs. Very unprofessional company!!Service: A/C system repair

Tech that came to fix my water leak under my inside unit didn't complete the job. The following day another tech (Michael) came and was very knowledgeable about the problem, had excellent customer service skills, took the time to explained the problem, cleaned the inside lines thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Wayne White.
