They've come to my house three times on three different days. They are very polite and and attentive to protect your property. They did work as specified and I'm very satisfied with the results. I doubt I'll ever have need of the warranty.

We had Uretek come out to our property at Mathis lake to seal the bulkhead. Craig and Caleb did an amazing job making sure that they sealed any and all cracks or fractures. These guys worked hard and took care of our needs to give us peace of mind that our property is taken care of. Thank you
