Very prompt and professional handling of my medical issue. Everyone was great....the people at the desk, the person that called me back, and the doctor. They promptly called back when results came to let me know what to do moving forward. No complaints at all. I've been several times and will continue going since my regular doctor is several hours away.

They use to be fast. The front desk is fast. But you show up to be the first one just to wait an hour to be seen makes no sense. Just waited on the doctor forever. Everything else was done fast before that. But it sounds like everyone else was seen before us. We just needed Covid testing and flu but I can hear others getting their results. Just unprofessional. This isn’t a ER where we pick and chose who is first by needs. Or do they just not go by first come first serve. But to the person who got a Covid test before was must be on the same level of us if they got the same test before us. I’ve been coming here for years and just going downhill.

Sign in process was smooth and accommodating for social distancing. Came to be tested, signed in and waited in my car till called back to be seen. The staff give me a sense and feeling they legitimately care for the patients walking through their doors. They had taken care of myself and my parents in a professional and timely manner.Also, It’s hilarious to read the ENTITLEMENT of some of the recent reviews… Complaining about wait times during pandemic conditions. ??People are sick and some take more time to be cared for than others. This is an urgent care where people are treated as well, not just a drive-up testing facility.I will recommend my friends and family....read full review
