A pipe broke in the garage during the recent freeze and RC’s technician Dan was here the next day. Other companies said 2-5 days. Dan explained what needed to be done every step of the way and did the emergency repairs as quickly as he could to get our water back on. There are a few more things to Fido including an inspection to look for any more breaks. He and the office communicated regularly to keep me up on each step. If only the other issues I’ve faced could be handled as efficiently and professionally as this has been.Service: Leak investigation and repair
