I had a negative initial experience with Precision Air. The only reason I am amending my review and would consider doing business with them again is because of Montou.
As he is part of the commercial side, he had no reason to become involved in my residential experience and try to make things right, but he did. Montou accomplished in less than 1 day what I had been waiting 4 days for the company to do. His apology was sincere, my experience was not brushed off, and he said he would make it right. That is how you treat customers, no matter the size of the account.
I hope the company realizes what a valuable asset he is.

I called them at 2pm on a Thursday and Marshall was at the house quickly and resolved the issue with in 30 mins. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will use them again and request Marshall.
